Our Estate Vineyards

Finca Los Cerezos in Tupungato, Uco Valley, is the place where Doña Paula Estate Sauvignon Blanc comes from. The combination of loamy, sandy, rocky and well drained soils with an exhaustive selection of the best French clones result in this perfect exponent.

The yield is 8 tonnes per hectare (approximately 3.24 tonnes per acre). The climate typically presents warm days and cool nights, with an average temperature variation of 14°C (57.2°F), and an average annual rainfall of 280 mm (11.02 in). At Doña Paula, our vineyards have always been managed using sustainable agriculture practices.
